Billing
Subscriptions are managed through Shopify. Plan changes and cancellation are completed from Vibey or Shopify admin.
Security reports
Use the subject ‘Vibey security’ for suspected vulnerabilities or data incidents. Do not include exploit payloads, active credentials, or customer data in the first message.
