We configure Vibey around your store, your brand and the support and content work you want handled. You authorize access and share the information we need. Vibey uses AI to do the work—it is not a promise of a human agent personally writing every reply. In Copilot you approve or give feedback; in Autopilot Vibey executes the tasks.
Does Vibey actually send customer emails?
Yes. In Autopilot, Vibey carries out tasks itself, including preparing customer-email drafts and creating blog-post drafts. In Copilot, you approve work or provide feedback. In Manual, Vibey is deactivated. The examples on this page are scripted previews, not live store activity.
Do I need an AI subscription or technical skills?
Not for the done-for-you offer. Setup and AI usage for the included work are covered in your plan. You don’t need to write code or provide an AI key. AI Included means the AI usage for your included work is covered.
What is included each month?
Done For You includes 500 support tickets, 10 blog posts and 50 images per UTC calendar month, with up to 5 successful AI drafts per support ticket. Allowances reset monthly with no rollover. Existing subscribers should refer to their agreed subscription terms.
How does annual billing work?
The annual option is $1,997/year (USD), with a normal reference price of $4,997/year. It includes the same monthly allowances as monthly billing. Annual billing does not combine a year of capacity into one allowance.
Do I have to pay extra for Autopilot?
No. Manual, Copilot and Autopilot are included in every plan. Choose approval-first working or let Vibey prepare approved draft workflows. Neither choice makes the included monthly capacity unlimited.
What happens if I need more—or less—than the package?
The included quantities are capacity, not a publishing target. Choose a schedule that fits your brand. Higher volumes and any work outside the included package need to be agreed separately. We confirm counting rules, extra usage and renewal terms before activation.
What happens when I request Done For You?
You choose the work you want help with, your preferred mode and where to reply. We confirm fit, your subscription terms and the onboarding steps. This page does not charge you, reserve a place, connect your store or switch on automation.
