AI workflows for Shopify teams
Your store knowledge, ready to do the work.
Vibey brings support drafting, brand knowledge, and Shopify blog preparation into one controlled workspace—so your team reviews the important actions before anything leaves the app.
✓ Support stays draft-only. Blog publication requires approval of the exact revision.
“Hi Emma, thanks for reaching out about your order…”
Built for real store operations
Stop rebuilding context for every reply and article.
Bring approved Shopify content, documents, URLs, and past-reply learnings into a governed Brain. Vibey uses that context to prepare work your team can inspect, edit, and approve.
Customer support
Thoughtful replies, prepared for review.
Review the conversation, supporting evidence, and a proposed response in one place. Vibey can save an approved draft in the correct Gmail thread—it has no capability to send the email.
- Full-thread context and brand routing
- Evidence visible beside every suggestion
- Draft-only by design
Brand Brain
Approved knowledge, not improvised memory.
Each deployed Hermes agent gets its own separately identified Obsidian vault. Your team controls what becomes active brand knowledge, with source history and rollback kept visible.
- Approve sources before activation
- Separate Brain for every Hermes agent
- Traceable provenance and version history
Blog Studio
From store research to an approved article.
Research products, collections, existing articles, and approved Brain sources. Edit and preview the result on desktop and mobile, then approve the exact revision before requesting publication.
- Store-aware research and SEO guidance
- Desktop and mobile previews
- Immutable approval before publishing

Merchant control by design
AI that stops where your approval starts.
Vibey is built around narrow capabilities, visible evidence, and separate tenant boundaries—not unrestricted automation.
No support-email sending
The support workflow can create a Gmail draft. It cannot send customer email.
No autonomous publishing
A blog request is bound to the exact article revision a permitted merchant approved.
Agent-level isolation
Every deployed Hermes agent has its own Brain vault, tool scope, and Playwright profile.
Credentials stay outside prompts
Encrypted merchant-owned credentials are resolved through the server-side capability boundary.
Simple pricing

Questions, answered
Know exactly what Vibey will—and won’t—do.
Does Vibey send customer emails?
No. The MVP can save an approved Gmail draft in the correct thread, but has no email-send capability.
Can Vibey publish articles automatically?
No. A permitted merchant must approve the exact immutable revision before a Shopify publication request is created.
What is the Vibey Brain?
It is the approved brand knowledge available to a Hermes agent. Each deployed agent has its own separately scoped Obsidian vault.
Do I need my own AI provider?
Yes. The initial stable path uses merchant-owned supported provider credentials, and provider usage is billed separately.
Why does Vibey request Shopify access?
Vibey uses the minimum store access needed for product, content, inventory, location, order, and approved blog workflows.
Is the monthly plan different from annual?
The initial feature set is the same. Only the Shopify billing rhythm and effective annual price differ.
