Terms of service
These terms govern merchant access to Vibey. Installing or using the app means the merchant agrees to these terms and Shopify’s applicable platform terms.

The service
Vibey provides controlled AI-assisted merchant workflows. Generated drafts and recommendations must be reviewed by the merchant. Vibey does not provide legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.
Merchant responsibilities
The merchant must have authority to connect each store, mailbox, provider, and data source; review outputs; respect customer rights; and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to violate law or third-party rights, send unlawful or deceptive content, bypass security, access another tenant, upload malware, or expose credentials or customer data unnecessarily.
Subscriptions
Available monthly and annual subscriptions are purchased and renewed through Shopify App Pricing. Charges, plan changes, cancellation, and refunds follow the terms displayed during Shopify checkout and applicable law.
Availability and changes
Vibey may perform maintenance, limit unsafe workflows, or suspend access needed to protect merchants, customers, providers, or the service.
Termination
A merchant may stop using Vibey by cancelling the subscription and uninstalling the app. Required deletion and retention workflows continue where necessary for privacy, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
